Welcome to DD Global Yatra. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 45+ days before departure: 70% refund
Cancellations made 30-44 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellations made within 30 days: No refund
No refunds for no-shows or unused services.

3. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required health documents. DD Global Yatra is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

5. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political unrest, etc.). We will provide comparable alternatives when possible.

6. Liability

DD Global Yatra acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or property damage during the tour.
